Shipping information

Returns and exchanges

Shipping

As soon as we have received your order we will send it to you as soon as possible. The delivery term is 1-5 business days depending on the service chosen. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly. The risks associated with the products will transfer to you as soon as the products are delivered at the agreed delivery address.

Delivery times

All orders placed before 5.00pm (CET) will be dispatched the next day (Monday – Saturday). All orders will be provided with a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. If multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined, unless otherwise requested. An additional 0-2 business days processing time is required. The delivery term delay depends on the service chosen.

Standard

  • France: 2-5 working days
  • Europe – World: 2-5 working days

Express

  • France: 1-2 working days
  • Europe – World: 1-2 working days

Tracking Information

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service by email at customercare@waltersteiger.com so that we can assist you further. At any time, you can follow-up the status of your order by viewing your account.

Shipping fees

We offer FREE worldwide Standard shipping on all orders and Express Shipping on all orders over €1000.00 The cost of delivery for Express shipping is based on the destination and will be notified during the check-out process. We also provide a pick-up FREE of charge from the Steiger Paris boutique.

Insurance

Each package will be insured from the time they are dispatched until it is delivered to you.

We require a signature and a presentation of a piece of identification for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Incorrect orders

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. Please include your order reference when e-mailing customer services.

Wrong address, not received items and returns

If the item is not received and sent back to us by our carrier, the actual shipping fee will be at your charge.

Customs

Please note that all goods are shipped from Paris, and any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Return Policy

STEIGER PARIS offers FREE returns and exchange items on all order up to 30 calendar days after receiving your original order. The product must be sent back in its original condition, original packaging and without previously used postage labels. All returns must be sent with the return label document attached. Any returns that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of STEIGER PARIS. All goods will be inspected and the return shall be processed within 14 working days. We will contact you once the process is complete. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your STEIGER PARIS account. It may take up to 14 working days for the funds to be credited (shipping fees excluded) into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Exchanges

We can exchange your order for a different size or issue a refund. A refund will not be given directly in-store, but issued through our system within 14 working days.

Sales

No refund or return of items is possible during sales or private sales. We can only exchange your order for 14 days after purchase.
